Expectant mom Kimora Lee Simmons shows off her growing belly in Mexico City this week as she introduces her Baby Phat clothing line.

The designer is currently expecting her third baby with boyfriend Djimon Hounsou (pictured).

Kimora, 33, has two daughters, Ming Lee, 8, and Aoki Lee, 6, with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, whom she divorced in 2008 after nearly 10 years of marriage.
