Can Your Diet Increase Your Fertility?
Harvard Researchers studying 18,000 women found those on a fertility diet were six times more likely to conceive.
Their research found that the fat in whole dairy products like milk and ice cream improve fertility.
Experts also advise would-be moms to stay away from trans fats, or at least limit consumption to no more than four grams a day.

"higher insulin levels and higher glucose levels or sugar levels in our blood disrupt our hormones."
