Seventh Generation Natural Cleaning Products
I am always looking for ways to make my house safer for my two kids.
More than 50% of human poison exposure victims are children younger than six years (American Association of Poison Control Centers) and with 63 hazardous chemical products in the average American household (Consumer Product Safety Commission), it’s no wonder that kids are coming into contact with harmful chemicals on a daily basis at home.Seventh Generation's line of Natural cleaning products is a good fit for us because they are non-toxic, biodegradable, hypo-allergenic and not tested on animals.
I love the essential oil combinations they use to create their signature scents. Pairings like Wild Orange & Cedar Spice, Ruby Grapefruit and Herb and Emerald Cypress & Fir leave a fresh smell throughout the room without the harsh fumes.
For those who are sensitive to fragrance, Seventh Generation also offers a 'Free & Clear' range of cleaners. These products are created without added fragrances, and have been confirmed to be hypo-allergenic through independent testing.
Each bottle has a list of ingredients on it so that you can be confident that your family will be safe when you use each product.
Having each cleaner conveniently pre-mixed and in a spray bottle saves me a lot of time to be able to just 'spray and go'.
There is a perception that green cleaning products don't clean as well as their chemical counter parts. The whole line of Seventh Generation cleaning products has actually out performed many of the 'chemical' cleaners in my cupboard.
Knowing that my kids can't harm themselves if they get into my cleaning products gives me piece of mind.
Not having to wear protective gear while I clean my tub and oven makes my life that much easier.
We highly recommend all of Seventh Generation's cleaning products.

Cool Fact: If every household in the U.S. replaced their current petroleum-based cleaner with just one 32-ounce bottle of a plant-derived cleaner, we could save 7,500 barrels of oil, enough to heat and cool 430 U.S. homes for a year!
