Congratulations to Grey's Anatomy actress Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery on the safe arrival of their first child, a girl.

The new mom's rep told USMagazine that Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery arrived on Sept. 15 in Los Angeles."

The couple, who tied the knot at a small ceremony in 2007, announced they were expecting in April.
