Super Dad! Dean McDermott was spotted leaving the El Capitan Theater this afternoon with son Jack (from another marriage) while carrying both Liam and Stella.
The family is in NYC to support mom Tori Spelling while she promotes her new book uncharted terriTORI.
The bubbly actress tweeted this afternoon that she had been put out of commission by airplane food. Let's hope she feels better for her View appearance tomorrow!
