A very pregnant Kelly Preston was photographed last night walking the red carpet at the 'Casino Jack' premiere at the Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto.
The actress, who is due with a baby boy later this year, recently told People.com that she is "completely ready" for the new family addition.

"It's been very easy and so wonderful. I've had no morning sickness and (the pregnancy) has gone by so quickly. I feel terrific.Can you believe that Kelly is 47? She looks fabulous!
